Well, at last Spring is here! It's time to put away the heavy coats, break out the allergy meds, grab a

All the best -- The SDR Staff
In this issue The Scruffy Dog Talks to . . .
Kristina Riggle
The Scruffy Dog Review is no stranger when it comes to recognizing great
writers. One of Kristina's short stories, THE LAST TIME I FAILED, was
published the January 2006 debut issue and it was only a matter of time
before the publishing world took notice.

Now she's back with her debut novel, REAL LIFE AND LIARS, available at
bookstores everywhere beginning June 16,2009.

Kristina recently spoke with Terri Molina about her new book and you can
read the full interview here.

Trudging Through Murky Waters by Paul Germano, a story from our Summer 2008 Issue has been entered
into the Million Writers Award contest. And since we can't archive previously published stories and poetry,
we decided to link it here until the contest is over. Good luck Paul!
